“Usha” and “Sreelatha” loved their mother Sulochana Thankachi , more than anybody else in this world. It was a dream of Sulochana ,Latha becomes a professional architect, and she is presently a candidate for Master of Landscape Architecture in the prestigious University of British Columbia in Canada. Sreelatha is the first lady from India who took a Landscape Architcture Professional program from the Universities in Canada. Now, Sreelatha has already started planning the design for a Real Estate development of “Sulochana Homes” affordable self sustainable Canadian style Houses in Trivandrum along with her only sister Usha Nandakumar.The Construction will be done by proposed Ushasree Developers, a proposed subsidiary of Coast To Coast Landscapes Ltd.
Sreelatha believes, washroom and Kitchen are the most important features in a house which normally people neglet. And a housing complex should have all requisite self sustainable infrastructures like a shopping area, doctors office, Gym, swimming pool and adequate transport system. It should generate a system of live and work in the same community.
